If you must cancel your appointment we require a 48 hour notice. If you must cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the cost of service. In the event of a no show you will be charged 100% of your service. Our policy is to protect our team at Jenna’s Salon and Jenna’s Salon by Maggie as well as our valued guests.
