Your time is extremely valuable to us at Jenna’s Salon and Jenna’s Salon by Maggie. We will always strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate your needs around your schedule. We kindly request that you extend the same courtesy back to us when it comes to your appointment. We are often booked at maximum capacity. If you must cancel your appointment we require a 48 hour notice. If you must cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the cost of service. In the event of a no show you will be charged 100% of your service. Our policy is to protect our team at Jenna’s Salon and Jenna’s Salon by Maggie as well as our valued guests.
